How do I contact Pawsture?

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days with the exception of holidays. If there is a delay in shipping we will notify you right away. Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship only to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S.A.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping to all orders over $25 within the 48 contiguous states in the U.S.A. A flat shipping fee of $6.95 applies to all orders below $25.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking information to be updated.
Do you offer refunds?

What is your pricing policy?
All prices online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
